Meritia provides software for tracking real-estate portfolios and producing financial and tax-related estimates across jurisdictions. The Service is an informational tool only.

2. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Meritia does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. All figures, estimates, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting. We are not liable for decisions made based on information from the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
